   Simmer the Chocolate Mixture

   In a medium saucepan, combine the cocoa, butter, and condensed milk. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and starts to pull away from the bottom and sides of the pan when you stir. This usually takes about 10 minutes.

   Shape and Coat

   Take the pan off the heat and let the mixture cool until it's comfortable to handle. Once cool, form it into small balls, then roll each one thoroughly in the chocolate sprinkles until fully coated.

   Chill Before Serving

   Chill the brigadeiros until you're ready to serve them. They firm up nicely in the fridge.
