Boysenberry Syrup Recipe

In a glass or china bowl, combine the boysenberries and white wine vinegar. Let this mixture stand for at least 24 hours, stirring and pressing the fruit regularly to help extract all those juices.
Once steeped, strain the liquid into a large saucepan or a small preserving pan and bring it to a rolling boil.
Add the sugar to the boiling liquid, stirring until it's completely dissolved. Then, stir in the honey until well combined.
Bring the mixture back to a hard boil and let it cook for 5 minutes. Take it off the heat and allow it to cool completely before using.
