Berries and Cream Chocolate Pie Recipe
This pie features a rich chocolate crust, a creamy, lightly sweetened mascarpone filling, and a generous topping of fresh berries. It's a dessert that comes together relatively quickly once the crust is baked. The crust itself is a simple food processor job, then it's blind-baked until crisp. While that cools, whip up the mascarpone cream and chop your berries, then layer everything into the shell.
