Banana Bread
This banana bread comes together quickly, using just one bowl for the batter. It's a straightforward recipe that yields a moist, tender loaf. Mash your ripe bananas, then mix in the wet ingredients before folding in the dry ones. Bake it until a skewer comes out clean, then let it cool before slicing.

Mix the Wet Ingredients
Preheat your oven to 350 °F. In a large bowl, mash the bananas well. Add the melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla, then mix everything together until just combined.
Next, add the flour, salt, and baking soda to the bowl. Mix on low speed until the dry ingredients are just incorporated into the wet ones; be careful not to overmix. Pour the batter into a buttered 8 x 3 3/4 inch loaf pan.
