Air Fryer Egg Rolls
These egg rolls are packed with a savory mix of ground pork, ginger, garlic, and crisp vegetables like cabbage and carrots. They're wrapped tightly in egg roll wrappers and cooked in the air fryer until golden and crisp. You can serve them with classic dipping sauces like duck sauce, plum sauce, or extra soy sauce. The filling can be made ahead of time, which makes assembly a breeze.

Pan-Fry Alternative
If you don't have an air fryer, you can pan-fry these instead. Add enough oil to a medium skillet with high walls so it comes about 1/2 inch up the side.
Heat the oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F. Carefully add the egg rolls and fry for 3 to 4 minutes, then flip and fry for another 3 to 4 minutes until they're golden brown. Remove them and let them drain and cool on a few paper towels.

Cook the Filling
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground pork and break it apart with a spatula or wooden spoon as it cooks. Continue cooking until the meat is cooked through, about 6 to 8 minutes.
