Bloody Maria
This is a tequila-based take on the classic Bloody Mary, swapping vodka for agave spirits. It brings together the savory depth of tomato juice with a bright kick from lemon, a bit of heat from Tabasco, and the salty edge of celery salt. Everything gets shaken with ice until well-chilled, then strained and served over fresh cubes with a lemon slice. It's a refreshing, zesty drink, especially good for brunch.

Shake and Serve
Combine the 1 oz tequila, 2 oz tomato juice, 1 dash lemon juice, 1 dash Tabasco sauce, and 1 dash celery salt in a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with cracked ice and shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is frosty and the drink is well-chilled. Strain the mixture into an old-fashioned glass filled with fresh ice cubes, then garnish with the 1 slice of lemon.
